The Green Industry Funded Training Mission Statement and Vision

The GIFT Program facilitates business mentorship and resource allocation to small, primarily minority-owned businesses located in Massachusetts who are seeking licensing in the Cannabis industry. Our focus includes retail, cultivation, manufacturing, delivery, and social consumption. We aim to provide training and mentorship to individuals most impacted by the War on Drugs and Marijuana Prohibition, particularly, Black, African American, Latino, and Indigenous people of color, veterans, people with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
